NOAH Apartments has partnered with PetScreening to manage pet and assistance animal approvals. All applicants—whether you own a pet or not—must complete a profile through PetScreening. 

  • Pet Owners: Submit pet details for screening and policy compliance.
  • Assistance Animals: Requests are reviewed in compliance with Fair Housing laws.
  • No Pets? Simply complete a no-pet profile.

All personal data is handled by PetScreening per their Privacy Policy. Our property is not responsible for screening outcomes.
